キャンセル時の取消料について
当ホテルでは、ご予約のキャンセルにつきましては下記の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。
- ご宿泊日の１４日まで…宿泊料金の10％
- ご宿泊日の 7日前まで … 宿泊料金の 20％
- ご宿泊日の 前日 … 宿泊料金の 50％
- ご宿泊日の 当日 … 宿泊料金の 80％
- 無連絡キャンセル … 宿泊料金の 100％
※プランや特別条件付きのご予約（旅行代理店・予約サイト経由など）の場合は、各予約経路でのキャンセル規定が優先される場合がございます。
※悪天候や交通機関の不通など、やむを得ない事情がある場合はご相談ください。
Cancellation Fees
At Petit Hotel Epi, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- 7 days prior to the arrival date: 20% of the room charge
- 1 day prior to the arrival date: 50% of the room charge
- On the day of arrival: 80% of the room charge
- No-show (without notice): 100% of the room charge
Please note that for reservations made through travel agencies or online booking sites, the cancellation policies of those services may take precedence.
In the case of unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or transportation disruptions, please feel free to contact us for consultation.

- 人員変更、予約内容に変更が生じた際にはお早めにご連絡いただきますようお願いいたします
- 気象条件、道路状況に応じ到着予定が大幅に遅れそうな場合は途中連絡をお願いいたします
- 感染症予防のためチェックイン時に発熱・嘔吐の症状がある場合はご相談いただきますようお願いいたします
- 冬季期間の道路コンディションについて事前にライブカメラ等で情報をご確認の上、時間と装備に余裕を持ってお出かけください
